On 4th June, the UK Government’s changes to the existing Mortgage Payment Holiday scheme came into effect and we continue to do all we can to support our customers affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • If you have not yet applied for a payment holiday on your second charge mortgage and now need to, please use this form.
  • If you have already applied for a payment holiday on your second charge mortgage and would like to understand your options, or request a further extension, you can visit our updated payment holiday form.

We are aiming to process requests within seven working days.

Nemo no longer offers second charge mortgages to new customers or further advances to our existing customers. We remain 100% committed to providing our existing customers with exceptional service.

We are currently experiencing some technical problems with our online payment function, whereby you may not receive confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully. To ensure you do not encounter any problems with making your payment today, please could you contact us on 0800 612 9982 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) where we can process your payment. You are also able to make your payment through your bank by using the following details:

  • Payment Reference: Your Nemo account number
