We are currently experiencing some technical problems with our online payment function, whereby you may not receive confirmation that the payment has been processed successfully. To ensure you do not encounter any problems with making your payment today, please could you contact us on 0800 612 9982 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) where we can process your payment.

On 31st October, the FCA announced an extension to the existing Mortgage Payment Holiday scheme.
- If you want to apply for your first Mortgage Payment Holiday on your second charge mortgage, or if you already have – or have had - a Mortgage Payment Holiday with us, and would like to request an extension up to a total of six months, please use this form;
- If you have already taken the maximum duration of six months and need ongoing support, please visit our Budget Planner so we can offer you tailored support.
We are aiming to process requests within seven days.
