So, as well as a competitive salary, you will be rewarded with:
Holidays
Nemo believes that hard work deserves a good rest. As such, all employees are entitled to a minimum of 25 days holiday per year. In your first year of employment, your holiday will be a pro rata amount of the full entitlement, based on the number of completed weeks’ service. Depending on your length of service, holidays will rise to a maximum of 28 days per year. Employees working part time will receive holiday on a pro rata basis dependent on their contracted hours.
Life Assurance
Life Assurance of four times your basic salary will be made available to you for your nominated beneficiaries when you commence employment with Nemo.
Pension
If you are employed by Nemo on a permanent basis, you will be eligible to join the company’s Group Personal Pension Plan as soon as you start with us. This scheme is contributory and Nemo will match your pension contributions up to a maximum of 5% of your salary.
BUPA
We genuinely take an interest in the well being of our sorters and offer all employees the facility of joining BUPA at our expense.
Sports and Social Club
For a small monthly contribution, you may join our sports and social club.
Membership of the sports and social club gives you access to discounts at various shops, restaurants and other venues. This also provides you with generous discounts to attend shows and other local attractions.
Employee of the Month
Nemo recognises that sometimes our employees make an extra special effort to get things sorted, and so we introduced the employee of the month award. This gives employees the opportunity to recognise someone who they feel has made a real difference. The Employee of the Month award is well worth winning, and you will learn more about this on commencement of employment with us.
