If you have had a change in circumstances, and would like to update us, please call us on 0845 371 0466 or alternatively, submit a callback request

You should contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to change any of the following:

  • Changing your monthly repayment date
    You’ll need to speak to Nemo’s Customer Service Team on 0845 371 0466 who can change your monthly repayment date over the phone.
  • Changing your bank details
    If you have switched bank accounts, you’ll need to fill in a new direct debit mandate. Please call Nemo’s Customer Service Team on 0845 371 0466 who will be able to send you a new direct debit mandate.
  • Changing your contact details
    If you’ve changed your contact details, then please call us on 0845 371 0466 or send us a letter letting us know what has changed. Please ensure that you have signed and dated the letter.
