If you have already applied for a payment holiday with us, you will receive a letter two weeks before it’s due to end that outlines your new monthly repayments. You can also explore your options, including how to make overpayments, reduced payments or request an extension to your current payment holiday. If you have not yet received a letter from us, but need to request an extension to your current payment holiday now, please click the Further Support button below.

Your Options

Restarting your payments

If you’re coming to the end of your payment holiday and are comfortable with your new monthly payment, you should restart your payments. This will avoid accruing more interest and any further increases to your monthly payments. Please visit our Restarting Payments page to find out more.

Making an overpayment

If you're in a better financial position after your payment holiday then we’re really pleased that your circumstances have improved. You can make overpayments (regularly or as a lump sum) to your account to cover your missed payments. Please call us on 0800 612 9982 to discuss.
