    Support to customers affected by coronavirus

    On 4th June, the UK Government’s changes to the existing Mortgage Payment Holiday scheme came into effect and we continue to do all we can to support our customers affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).

    • If you have already applied for a payment holiday on your second charge mortgage and would like to understand your options, or request a further extension, you can visit our updated payment holiday form.

    We appreciate you might be concerned about the impact of COVID-19 and want to reassure you that we’re here to help with any worries you might have about your second charge mortgage with us.

    Our priority remains the wellbeing of our customers and colleagues and we are providing specific support for our customers who are facing financial difficulty due to COVID-19.
