• Pay
  We ensure that our rates of pay are competitive against the external market and review them in February each year.
• Bonus Schemes
  We also offer discretionary bonuses dependant on your role with us.
• Company Pension Scheme  
  To help you save for your retirement in a tax efficient way, our defined contribution pension scheme is available to you from your first day of employment. The minimum contribution you need to make to join the scheme is 3% of your salary. To help your pension fund grow, contributions are matched by Nemo up to a maximum of 5%. You also have the option to make additional voluntary contributions. We recommend that you obtain independent financial advice to help you decide if the pension scheme is right for you.
• Free Life Assurance Cover
  From day one you are automatically protected with life cover which provides four times your annual salary to your nominated beneficiary in the event of your death. 
• Holiday
  On joining Nemo you will receive a minimum of 25 days each year (pro rata for part timers), rising to 28, plus Public Holidays.
• Private Healthcare
  From day one of joining Nemo you will be entitled to receive private health care insurance.  This provides comprehensive cover ranging from the costs of out-patient appointments with private specialists/consultants to operations and cancer treatment in private hospitals.  This is considered a benefit in kind by HM Revenue and Customs and is therefore taxable. If you join, there is also the BUPA Positive Health portal which offers a range of health and well being articles, self assessments and advice online.
