Social networking:

It may seem like a long shot, but don't most business ventures seem that way? Believe it or not, going through social networking sites, uploading photos and referring friends to join can actually make you money. If joining social sites and networking online is something of a hobby for you, why not use it to make you some extra money?

If you were not sure how blogging can make you money, read on. There are two ways for earning money through blogging. Firstly, you can earn commission from advertising banners placed alongside your blog, or you can practice 'sponsored' blogging. When choosing the first option, Google AdSense will be able to help you with numerous third party tools. All you have to do is get a decent blog, configure the ads and voila! Sponsored blogging, however, requires a little more thought. Basically, various companies contact bloggers and offer money to write favourable content about their products. A great way to make some extra money and beneficial to both parties. It’s up to you decide.

Freelancing:

Freelancing has for a long time been a popular option for those wanting to make extra money. And now with the added technology of the internet, freelancing just became a whole lot more popular and easier, and worth twice as much as it did in the past. If you have a talent for writing, graphic design or even programming, you will surely find some sort of freelance work online. Not only that, but freelancing can make you more money than your actual job, with many people opting for freelance work as their main source of income. Granted, it's not very stable, but the rewards are great. When it comes to making money online, freelancing has some of the best rates.

Stock Photography:

If you can spot a good picture from a mile away, or enjoy taking the odd picture yourself, lots of money can be made selling pictures to stock photography agencies online. There are various agencies offering photographers the chance to make money out of their talent, and get their photographs noticed.

Surveys:

Not the most glamorous job, but a way to earn money nonetheless. Admittedly, market research is time consuming and boring, but it is also highly effective. There are tons of opportunities in this field, so getting a job is relatively easy. Registration is usually free, but remember to create another email account for the purpose of surveys completion.

Selling:

Selling items through virtual auctions and shops is a popular way to make money online, and a great way to get rid of unwanted items. Obvious online selling communities are eBay and Amazon Marketplace, but there are quite a few more so look around.

These are just a few ideas to help you get into the online craze. There are many more ways to earn money online, so do some research. Everybody has some sort of talent, so tap into that talent and find a way to make money out of it online.
